The newly promoted side is currently under the guidance of Humphrey Mlwane, who promoted them from the ABC Motsepe League, and sit only three points away from the Motsepe Foundation Championship relegation zone.
"Things are bad there, man. In the last four games, they've only got one point, and the management, you can tell by just looking at them that the situation is really stressing them," noted a source.
"A coach is judged by the results, so you can tell if a coach is about to get the boot. The mood just changes. The body language towards the coach is no longer the same.
"Obviously, a coach will always be the first line of defence. If people want to attack, they will always start with the head coach.
"The stage is becoming too high for the boys. Remember, NFD [National First Division] is not like ABC Motsepe. Most of the teams now know how The Bees players play, and the same can't be said about the Bees, as they don't have the resources to travel all over the country to analyse their next opponents and stuff.

"There's a lack of experience, hence they concede from set-pieces or throw-ins."
The Bees have University of Pretoria up next, away from home on 22 November, and whether former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Mlwane will still be in charge by then remains to be seen.
